Seeking skilled Administrative Assistant for the Scheduling Department for a 5-star hotel located on Collins Ave in beautiful Miami Beach.
This is a full-time employment opportunity.
Shift: flexible to work between Monday-Sundays, including holidays from 7 am -4 pm
Pay: $ 13.00 /hour weekly payroll
Responsibilities can include
- Prepare weekly schedules for staff members in different departments according to hotel needs and staff availability
- Act liaison between hotel and staffing agencies
- Track hours worked for temporary associates
- Assist management with distribution of work packets, work assignments and other duties as needed
- Scheduling experience, hospitality preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and EXCEL and Outlook)
- Administrative support work experience
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) or (English and Creole)
