Customer is a leading contract manufacturing, engineering and metal fabrication technology company. The Company specializes in net shape forging, precision machining, photochemical etching, surface texturing, vacuum brazing, laser and electron beam welding, and rapid prototyping. Customer is ISO13485, ISO9001, and AS9100 certified and has over 50 years of experience supplying precision engineered components and assemblies to the medical, aerospace/defense, and commercial/industrial markets.


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in customer service and inside sales in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong professional with excellent communication, writing and negotiation skills for interfacing with customers, staff and outside sales.
  • Expedite & service customer order problems & scheduling during manufacturing process through shipping.
  • Working with upper management to develop pricing for customer quotations.
  • Gather data & analyze information for customer quotes, order entry & order status follow up.
  • Ability to read blueprints with a Medical products background a plus.
  • Some travel required to visit customers.

(1st shift) – Mon thru Fri 7-3pm

Work location: Woburn MA

Payrate: $30-35/hour(temp to perm)
