Westaff is looking for an administrative assistant to perform general clerical duties that include but are not limited to: data entry, photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing. The administrative assistant will coordinate and maintain records for staff office space and phones.



  • provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • perform data entry and scan documents
  • assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • maintain office supplies for department



The hours are 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. With a 1 hour lunch break from 12:00 – 1 pm daily.  The rate of pay = $12/hr.


Job Requirements


·    2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
·    proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
·    knowledge of operating standard office equipment
·    excellent communication skills – written and verbal
·    ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
·    good research skills and attention to detail
