THE PERSON:

  • Experience in all aspects of home/facility maintenance including basic building maintenance and repair, grounds maintenance, vehicle maintenance, and small appliance repair
  • Able to bend and lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years prior experience in custodial and home/facility maintenance (equivalent combinations of education and experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
