Description

  • Responsible for Entering/Updating/Tracking of Orders & Shipments in System
  • Will Investigate and Resolve Freight Pay and Claims Issues
  • Daily Interaction with Customer, Must be Professional at all times!!!
  • Will be Liaison between Customer and Carriers of Loads and Orders for Shipment
  • Data Entry
  • Experienced in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word and Outlook

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Excellent 10 Key D/E Skills
  • Must be Available to work OT Including Weekends
  • Flexibility in shift availability
  • Excellent Filing Skills
  • Strong Organizational Skills Required
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
