Description

Westaff is seeking an experienced administrative professional to work as a day-to-day administrator for their client, a desirable Burlington employer!

Pay: $16.91– $25.38 (Depending on Experience)

Duration: Temporary

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Job Requirements

Daily responsibilities:

  • Coordinator the day-to-day administrative duties in support of the Benefits and Absence management areas of Human Resources
  • Support the execution of projects
  • Work with and support all members of the HR team
  • Foster and maintain relationships with other departments
  • Oversee office procedures to ensure smooth operations of the department
  • Support the Absence Management area of HR
  • Supports the Benefits area of HR
  • Data entry, integrity and maintenance of data

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Services or related professional experience (preferred)
  • Advanced skills and abilities in an office environment
  • Detail oriented, experienced, administrative professional
  • Experienced in MS Office
  • Polished written, and verbal communication skills with a customer service disposition
  • Solid work history combined with two positive references
