Westaff is recruiting for a Temporary Social Media Assistant
Location: Stamford, CT.
The length of this job is approximately 4-5 months.
Social Media Assistant Job Duties:
Maintains our company social media channels, including Glassdoor, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
Keeps social channels updated and seeks out new media and ways of connecting with audiences.
Supports company social media channels, including Glassdoor, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
Accountable for reviews on Glassdoor, suggesting and posting responses.
Reviews the dashboard and reports on quarterly results.
Manages content on the site.
Creates written, graphic, and video content.
Assists with projects and events i.e. career fair media.
Works as part of a team to identify new media posts.
Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
Supports Training & Development team with projects.
Flexible to assist others on the team when needed.
Qualifications of the Social Media Assistant:
Two to three years in a corporate environment.
Marketing, Social Media or Human Resources degree.
Experience with the following media channels- Glassdoor, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
Strong Excel skills
Enjoys analytics, Good writing skills, Self-Motivated, a strong communicator, Detail-Oriented, Good collaborator.
