Facilities Coordinator needed for a growing company in south Topeka area. This position is ready to be filled now. Temp To Hire with the opportunity to grow with the company.  

*Full-Time position, Great pay, 8am - 5pm

The Facilities Coordinator will:

  • Serve as the point of contact between staff and vendors
  • Work with office product suppliers, movers, printing and repairs, shipping vendors, and facility repair with the landlord.
  • Manage facility-related service requests and set up new employees' and contractors' office/working space to meet individual and company needs
  • Perform general office maintenance and repair activities
  • Schedule maintenance and day-to-day facility management issues
  • Monitor security breaches
  • Complete training and personal development and keep current of industry trends in physical security

Pay starts at $15-19 per hour depending on experience

Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have at least 6 months prior experience in a similar role

Physically able to lift, carry, bend, stoop, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

High School Diploma/GED required
