Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Have data entry speed of 10,000+ kph. Able to use the internet for research. Must be able to learn other computer software programs. Self-starter with excellent phone etiquette, strong customer service skills, detail oriented, excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people of different backgrounds.
