This is a direct hire position with a large granite distribution company in the area. The Bookkeeper will apply accounting principles to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. This position is critical to produce accurate and timely financial information to managers.

Duties Include:

  • Compile financial information to prepare entries for general ledger accounts
  • Assist with the monthly financial close of multiple entities
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements and reporting 
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations
  • Prepare work papers for internal and external audits
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • 1 to 3 years experience as a bookkeeper
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
