Do you have a BS in Accounting, Finance or a related field and 1-3 years experience? Would you like to work at a dynamic marketing company committed to a healthy work/life balance?

Responsibilities include a wide range of accounting tasks including accounts payable, credit card and expense reports, invoice processing and maintenance, review and reconciliation, and ensuring that all paperwork is in place prior to releasing payments.  Our ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and upholds high standards for accuracy when entering large volumes of numerical data.  Knowledge of specialized accounting software is necessary to success in this role. 

Schedule: 9-5:30 M-F

Duration: Temp with the potential for Hire!

Hourly Rate: $17-$19 DOE

Required skills, education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience 
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar software, plus the willingness and aptitude to learn new programs quickly
  • Expert-Level Excel skills  
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
