* This is a temp to hire position, full time hours M-F.
* Pay rate $14/hr
This Customer Support position will be responsible for the following but is not limited to:
Creating and assigning cases – set up case assignments with precise accuracy and assign to respective administrative representative
Process and return audit assignments – effectively understand and follow individual carrier requirements (by way of emailing, uploading to secure websites, exporting through network connections, or other applicable methods)
Meet processing deadlines – work with team to ensure all files due are processed by specific time and date deadlines
Customer support – email and phone correspondence which provides relevant information in regard to assignment statuses and facilitates contact between auditors and respective audit contacts
Inventory management – documentation of assignment progress, updates, and statuses
Customer compliance – maintaining a working knowledge of customer requirements and applying them to all tasks handled
Field representative liaison – assist field representatives and office staff with various daily needs and tasks in order to maintain time service compliance
Skills Needed for the Audit Processor/Customer Support position:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Proficient or working knowledge in Outlook, Adobe, Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work independently and with a team
Work efficiently under high-volume, high-pressure situations
Capability to prioritize and manage workflow
Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle high call volume
