Description

  • Responsible for entering, updating/tracking orders and shipments
  • Will Investigate/Resolve Issues
  • Coordinate Pickups/Deliveries choosing lowest cost carrier
  • Will act as liaison between Customer and Carrier
  • Daily use of all MS Office Suites, Data Entry

Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work all shifts
  • Must be available to work OT (up to 12 hours daily and weekends)
  • Excellent filing ability
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to identify and solve problems as they arise
  • Dependable and Punctual
