Admin Tech Support
Experience working in a service dept or service environment is preferred. We are using Google Spreadsheets for our Dispatch tracking. We also have heavy usage of excel. An extensive knowledge of Excel is a definite priority. The similarities between Excel and Google Sheets are enough that I can bridge the knowledge gap internally.
Our Maintenance Management system is a UNIX based platform. There is some data entry requirements for that system, but I don’t feel an in depth knowledge of UNIX is required.
Payrate: $20-$22/hour range for 40 hrs/week. Pay based on experience
Shift: 7:30 am to 4 pm (8 hrs w/ 30 mins unpaid lunch). I would need the flexibility to shift hours (8:30 am to 5pm) to stay until 5pm once trained.
Resume and interview required!
Long term temp 4 months plus possible temp to perm.
Additional info: Small Team environment Casual but professional and busy work environment. Temp will be assisting team of 3 with additional duties of customer service, email and telephone. Will be interacting with technicians and foreman in person. Good people skills and verbal and written skills. This is like an auto service area similar to what you would expect at a car dealership where repairs are being done. The team assist clients with service , information, emergency service and invoicing. The admin support role will be entering work orders, and filing.
Word Excel and MS outlook are needed. General filing. Detail oriented. Steady and busy!!
