Duct Installer
Location: West Monroe, LA
Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per Hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: 8- to 12-Hour Workdays
Job Responsibilities
- Read and accurately use a tape measure.
- Lay out and mark dimensions, reference points, and fittings for duct systems.
- Install and assemble sheet metal ductwork, duct board, flex duct, and duct pipe.
- Assist with the fabrication and installation of HVAC duct components.
- Operate soldering and welding equipment to join copper tubing when needed.
- Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and job site requirements.
Qualifications
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Comfortable working in hot environments and varying weather conditions.
- Ability to climb ladders and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed (travel time is paid).
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Previous experience in duct installation, HVAC, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
