Job Opening: Payroll Clerk
Description
We are seeking a Payroll Clerk who is ready to grow into a Payroll Specialist role over the next year. This is an onsite position in Wichita, KS. We are moving quickly and are available to conduct interviews immediately via virtual/online format.
What you’ll do:
- Support payroll processing using AX (ERP) and Paychex
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution
- Review and validate timekeeping and employee data
- Assist with resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Maintain strong data integrity across systems
What we’re looking for:
- Foundational payroll experience with a high level of accuracy
- Strong customer service mindset and professional, approachable demeanor
- Clear communication and responsiveness
- Comfort working across systems and learning new processes
- Desire to grow into a Payroll Specialist role within ~12 months
