Westaff is looking for a Shipping Lead in the Clinton MA area for Immediate Start! Location: Clinton MA Pay Rate: $21 Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-330pm Job Duties: • Accurately prepare and process domestic and international shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other carriers (minimum 3 years’ experience required). • Complete international shipping documentation, including Shipper’s Letter of Instruction (SLI), commercial invoices, and other export forms, ensuring compliance with regulations. • Verify and match shipping documents against customer orders to maintain accuracy and prevent errors. • Pick, pack, and label orders with strong attention to detail and adherence to company standards. • Multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. • Track and confirm shipment status, proactively resolving issues or delays with carriers. • Maintain organized shipping/receiving records for audit and reporting purposes. • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet shipping deadlines and customer requirements. • Follow step-by-step shipping procedures precisely, demonstrating the ability to listen, remember, and repeat tasks consistently. • Inspect outgoing shipments to verify quality, quantity, and packaging compliance. • Operate shipping software, warehouse scanners, and basic material handling equipment safely.
