Job Opening: Customer Care Specialist
Description
We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist for one of our clients in the Opa-locka/Miami Gardens area.
Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm
Pay: $16/hr.
Work Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, shipping, and order status.
- Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Update systems with customer/order information.
- Able to work in Excel and other Microsoft Products.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Computer Savvy
- Excel
- English required; Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
