Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with hydraulic experience to join our team in Shreveport, LA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

?? Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial equipment, including hydraulic systems.
?? Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
?? Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
?? Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
?? Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
?? Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts inventory.

Required Qualifications:

?? Experience – Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a strong focus on hydraulic systems.
?? Technical Knowledge – Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
?? Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery efficiently.
?? Physical Ability – Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various industrial environments, and stand for extended periods.
?? Certifications (Preferred) – Any relevant industry certifications (such as Hydraulics, Electrical, or Maintenance Technician certifications) are a plus.
