Westaff is looking for a 1st Shift Customer Service Coordinator in the Amherst NH area for IMMEDIATE HIRE!
Payrate: $18.50 – $20/hr DOE
Shift: 730am-5pm Mon-Fri Every other Friday 730am-4pm
Work location: Amherst, NH
Customer Service Coordinator Job Duties Include:
Essential Elements
• Process daily shipping paperwork and billing, sales entries into Sesame, and balance at end of day, week and month.
• Maintain company files on a daily basis.
• Answers company telephones.
Secondary Elements
• Compile and distribute sales, forecast, bookings, sample review, production review and activity update reports.
• Log and prepare quotation paperwork.
• Determine needs and quotation requirements and derive estimated costs from previous data to develop quotations and proposals.
• Process new or existing customer orders.
• Type and ensure approved quotations are distributed to interested parties and remit quotations to customers and reps. Track and close out quotation requests.
• Enter received data into computer noting quantities, delivery dates, materials, specifications, instructions and other data. • Log information and complete necessary paperwork.
• Follow up on missing, incorrect or unclear information, print revisions for distribution.
• Assist in answering telephone inquiries or respond to and handle inquiries from salespersons, customers and others regarding pricing, scheduling and quotations.
• Refers inquiries to appropriate sales or technical representative.
• Distribute sales literature and part specification sheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
• Requires excellent communication skills
• Data entry experience preferred
• Must be proficient in MS Excel.
