Job Opening: Customer Care Assistant
Description
A Customer Care Assistant is tasked with inputting data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role involves responding to telephone inquiries, entering data into the WMS, managing paperwork, preparing orders for shipment, assisting drivers and warehouse personnel, and other duties as assigned.
Pay: $23-$25/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift- 4:30PM-3:00AM Mon, Tues, Thur, and Fri. (4-10’s)
Job Description:
1. Respond to telephone inquiries and provide assistance to customers or redirect calls to the appropriate personnel.
2. Ensure the accurate entry, preparation, and confirmation of both inbound and outbound documentation, adhering to established policies and procedures.
3. Verify that all receiving and shipping documentation is precise and fully completed.
4. Deliver prompt responses to inquiries, requests, and needs.
5. Monitor and ensure compliance with customers’ special requirements.
6. Assist customers in resolving issues and addressing questions.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and inform management of any situations that may impact customer relations.
8. Undertake special projects as assigned by management.
9. Collaborate with fellow customer care team members to guarantee that all office responsibilities are executed promptly and accurately.
- Must be willing to work a second shift with a 4-10's schedule.
- Prefer some previous clerical experience with data entry.
- Working individually and with a team.
- Must have strong communication skills and have to be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
- Excellent time management skills and pay attention to fine details.
- Must understand and be able to utilize technology such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Professional customer service skills when talking with employees and customers.
