Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Pay: $40-65k/year (based on experience)

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities are:

• Accurately enter orders for all existing customers.
• Answering phones/relaying delivery info to clients/customers in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot problems by understanding, researching, and resolving customer technical issues.
• Develop rapport and relationship with customers quickly through provision of excellent service.

Customer Service Representative Requirements are:

• 2-3 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• MUST have prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in typing and data entry.
• Strong knowledge of computers and networks, Microsoft Office
• Sales experience a plus.
