Pay Rate: $23-25/hr
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Mon-Fri (Full-Time)
Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Schedule and coordinate service calls
- Maintain and organize filing systems
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management
- Utilize QuickBooks software
- Perform general computer-based tasks
- Keep office operations organized and efficient
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous administrative experience is a plus
- MUST be looking for a long term position
