Pay: $17/hour + depending on experience
Shift: 7:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday
Job Description:
Packaging Operators work closely with the Packaging Supervisor to ensure that seed packages are labeled legibly and accurately according to customer instructions.
• Performing work activities safely.
• Application of appropriate tags and/or labels to seed packages as applicable and tracking inventory.
• Training and operation of Forklift.
• Lifting and stacking materials up to 40 lbs. for extended periods of time.
• Standing to fill and close packaged product and loading and unloading trucks.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System.
• Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Strong Communication skills.
