We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our financial advisory office. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a side job or those interested in learning about the financial industry from the ground up.
Position Overview:
- Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
- Hours: Flexible, typically 9 AM to 1 PM (or as needed to complete tasks)
- Dress Code: Business casual
- Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office duties and provide administrative support to the financial advisor.
- Maintain communication with clients and compliance teams, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Scan, email, and manage paperwork for clients and compliance departments.
- Support daily office operations, helping with various clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong interpersonal skills – able to connect with and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Technologically savvy
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Looking to grow within financial field/remain for long term!
