Machine Operator – Cutting & Shearing
Department: Cut Off
Pay: $18 – $20/hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (5:00am – 3:30pm), 2nd Shift (3:30pm – 2:00am) with occasional mandatory Saturday overtime
Overview: Seeking skilled Machine Operators to operate cutting and shearing equipment, including lasers and metal mizers. Join a dedicated team that values precision, safety, and quality in every step of the process.
Requirements:
- Must have experience operating cutting and shearing machinery
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure high-quality production standards
Responsibilities:
- Operate cutting machinery in accordance with safety and production guidelines
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- Inspect and monitor equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Maintain accurate records of production output and any discrepancies
