Full job description This is a full-time on-site position that performs customer support functions to support e-commerce and Sales Customer Account Managers. Responsibilities include sales order processing, quotations, order fulfillment, and customer service. Primary activities include the entry of customer details, processing sales orders, sales order management, customer service, and assisting Account Managers with quotations, and customer communication. Duties and Responsibilities: • Receive, enter, process, and manage sales orders through the fulfillment process. • Assist Account Managers with sales quotations, customer communication, order processing, and issue resolution. • Communicate with suppliers regarding product delivery, pricing, and support related to customer sales orders. Minimum Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong computer skills including Word and Outlook. • Prior customer service related experience. • Proficiency to effectively interact with customers. • Experience with order fulfillment in an e-commerce environment a plus.
