Mill & Lathe Operator
Department: Production Machine
Pay: $18 – $20/hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (5:00am – 3:30pm) or 2nd Shift (3:30pm – 2:00am) with occasional mandatory Saturday overtime

Requirements:
- Must have experience operating manual mills and lathes
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and measurements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety standards
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain manual mill and lathe machines to meet production goals
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance
