Aerospace company in Wichita, KS is looking for an experienced Laboratory Technician.

$20/hr. + BOE, Weekly Pay, and Benefits!

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure all parameters of safety and quality are being adhered to and maintained within the laboratory setting.
• Assist with batching chemicals/ingredients for production.
• Calibrate lab and line equipment for accurate results.
• Collect in-process and finished product samples.
• Conduct standardized qualitative and quantitative testing to ensure it meets specifications.
• Follow protocols for documenting testing results.
• Recognize deficiencies and initiate proper follow-up.
• Identify and isolate results that does not meet standards.
• Aid in troubleshooting deficiencies and non-conformances.
• Portray 3P’s desire to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Display courtesy and respect to both vendors and co-workers.
• Respond quickly to inquiries and follow-up as needed.

• Contribute feedback to improve quality and on time delivery
• Embrace change to ensure overall success of the company

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent training and experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as necessary to meet customer expectations
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and high expectations.
• Read, write and comprehend American English.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent error detection and investigation skills.
• Ability to follow-up effectively with internal and external customers
• Ability to troubleshoot and correct problems

Physical Demands:

Work Environment:

Climatic and environmental conditions at the job site will be mainly in an office climate with various noise levels caused by equipment, etc.
