Accounting Firm Office Manager duties required:
- QuickBooks and Excel required
- Manage 3-4 individuals and delegate tasks and work with a team of 20 people
- Answer phones, review emails, schedule and communicate calendar meetings to team
- Audit reports, make copies, and oversee all grammatical errors are corrected
- Order and stock all supplies
- Overseeing maintenance requests, bank deposits, and paying bills
- Process payroll, pay vendors, and uphold confidentiality
- Communication with bankers and lawyers
- Organization skills and great time management required
- Strong communication skills and professionalism required
- Interactive skills and love for office work is a plus!
- Completing any other assignments and tasks given
