Job Opening: CUSTOMER SERVICE
Description
We are seeking an Customer Service Rep for one of our clients in the Miami area.
Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00am-5:30pm
Pay: $14/hr.
Work Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives high volume of inbound calls from customers inquiring about their order status.
- Keeps customers informed on order status, including deliveries, backorders, etc.
- Answers general questions regarding order status and product (video games & accessories).
- Assists with other clerical support such as data entry, emails, etc. as needed.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience.
- English – read, write, speak.
- Basic computer skills.
- Loves video games.
