Experienced CNC Set up Operator 1st and 2nd shift
Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm/2:30pm – 10:30pm Monday- Friday available to work weekend and OT
Pay: $17 – 19/hr for 1st shift or 19.12 – 21.37/hr 2nd shift

Job Responsibilities
*Dresses wheel manually or with preset dressing device to specified profile
*Moves controls and reads dials or computer controls to set rotation speeds and feed rates.
*Positions and tightens stops or cams to limit travel of workpiece or wheel.
*Moves controls to feed grinding wheel to workpiece or vice versa.
*Adjusts and directs flow of coolant against wheel and workpiece.
*Verifies dimensions of ground workpiece.
*Grinds nonmetallic and metallic materials.
*Observes operation of machine to detect malfunctions such as thickness and flatness.
*Checks flatness of diamond wheels and dresses wheels accordingly
*Perform additional duties as directed by supervision.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three to five years related experience
• Five to seven years machining background
