Pay: $15.75/Hourly
Hours: M – F 7:30 am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities/job duties:
apartment inspections
basic plumbing
sheetrock repair
appliance installations
cleaning empty apartments to ready them for move in
touch up painting
changing lightbulbs
removing trash
use of hand tools and basic repair
