Westaff is looking for an Information & Assistance Coordinator in Colchester, Vermont. 

Pay: $22 per hour. It is not benefit eligible.

Shift: Full time, M-F, 8:30a-4:30p

Duration: Through the end of January

Training will be provided 

***Please not this role is very customer service based***

Information & Assistance Coordinator duties:

• Primary focus is returning calls and following up with clients who’ve left messages related to Medicare Open Enrollment.

• Evaluate appropriate recourse option

• Provide accurate access to community recourse

• Provide direct advocacy services to clients as necessary

• May appropriate referrals to care and services Coordinators. 

•  Respond to requests in a timely manner.

Tools/Technology Requirements:}
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Copiers, printers, fax machines
• Multiline phones and voice-mail system
• Basic Computer usage and other general office equipment
