Leading Manufacturer in Milford, CT seeking Multiple Assembly Operators! 

2nd shift 3:30pm-11:30pm

Pay: Starting at $24.03/hr + opportunity for advancement

Assembler Responsibilities: 

• Loading raw materials into automated assembly machines and performing quality inspections
• Troubleshooting machines as necessary to resolve quality and operating deficiencies
• Perform quality inspections on in-process and finished product per written instructions
• Implement continuous improvement modifications as required
• Overtime and weekend work, as needed, and be shift-flexible

Assembler Qualifications: 

• 2 years prior experience in the manufacturing field 
• Ability to read, write, and document 
• Prior experience working with assembly/ assembly machine’s preferred
