Inside Sales Representative

For a fast paced and growing Metal Fabrication Company in Shreveport, LA!

Salary: $40,000+ /year with bonus pay opportunities!

This is a DIRECT HIRE position.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

This inside sales position is for an energetic, aggressive self-starter who is capable of managing heavy inbound/outbound phone contact with existing and prospective clients nationwide. The position requires excellent organization, computer and phone skills, and the ability to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals 
• Maintain accurate and frequent customer information within internal database systems
• Qualifying, following-up and tracking sales leads
• Assists in providing support and/or guidance to clients

Qualifications

• Good time management is required
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications, as well as advanced computer skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
• Possess good judgment and attention to detail
• Energetic and positive attitude
