ACCOUNT TECHNICIAN

The Account Technician will primarily support our Account Managers by facilitating quotations for items not readily in stock, or those that necessitate pre-sales research or quote approval. This role is vital in ensuring our clients receive timely and accurate product and software information.

Pay: $32,000/year

Position Responsibilities:

• Actively support and collaborate with the sales team to enhance client relationships.

• Diligently gather vendor pricing data for both products and software, ensuring our quotes remain competitive.

• Aid in the formulation of Sales Business Reviews (SBRs).

• Take charge of preparing comprehensive proposals and subsequently accepting orders from our esteemed clients.

• Establish open lines of communication with both existing clients and potential prospects. This includes scheduling calls and visits to foster a healthy business relationship.

• Thoroughly validate quotes, ensuring they are devoid of errors or omissions, maintaining our reputation for accuracy and reliability.

• Participate in marketing and lead generation activities as and when required
