Westaff has IMMEDIATE temp-to-hire job openings for Electrical Assemblers with an immaculate, clean and climate controlled facility at one of the fastest growing employers in St. Tammany Parish.
Pay: $19 – $25, Depending on experience
Hours: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday thru Friday, OT available
Electrical Assembly Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Assembly of electrical control panels reading blueprints, schematics and drawings.
- Pulling wire, terminating, bending conduit, wiring motors and electrical maintenance.
- Adjust, repair, rework, or replace parts and assemblies to eliminate malfunctions.
- May perform some basic mechanical repairs and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of electrical experience
- High School/GED Diploma required
- Experience with PLCs and Electrical theory desired
