We are taking applications for an Insurance Customer Service Agent in Monroe, LA!!
Must have RECENT Medical/Dental Insurance Background!
Pay: $15-$17/hour DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday – Day Shift
Insurance Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering incoming calls from providers and insureds.
- This person needs to have medical or dental office experience with an insurance background preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance payments, benefits and eligibility is a plus.
- Customer service with the ability to ask the right questions to help the customer.
