Westaff is looking for a 1st shift Customer Service Representative in the Chelmsford, MA area for Immediate Start!
** Temp to perm opportunity!
Pay: $22/hour depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Work location: Chelmsford, MA
Position Summary:
Creating positive and memorable Customer Service to all Customers. Assure the accuracy and timely processing of all order pricing, and customer profiles through data entry.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:
• Enter Customer Orders / Enter order changes per customer requests and re-send pick ticket to the warehouse
• Verify pricing and PO info on customer orders
• Check Due Dates to ensure appropriate lead times are given by customer
• Send art files to art department/ Send art change requests to art department if necessary
• Verify inventory for floor stock or blank cup orders
• Ensure return of signed order confirmation if purchase order system not used by customer
• Answer customer calls regarding order status
• Reconcile Bill of Ladings to orders and file
• Trace shipments when requested
• Call customers regarding back orders or short shipments
• Run Open Order report daily to ensure all orders are released or shipped
• Attend daily scheduled meetings
• Relieve receptionist for breaks and lunch
• Obtain freight quotes
• Submit order to supervisor to be checked for accuracy
• Process Envelope Cover Sheet and submit to accounting and scheduling
• Send samples and brochures when requested
• Respond to customer complaints and fill out customer complaint form
• Order checklist for new orders
• Fax or email credit application to new customers
