Shop Lead
Hours: 2:30PM-11:00PM
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 hourly
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing work schedules and assigning workers production tasks
- Evaluating incoming orders and setting up production accordingly
- Optimizing production efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality
- Training and supervising new production workers
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that orders are completed on time
- Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and reports. Ability to write simple reports. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
