Description

Westaff is searching for a Warehouse Associate to work at Italian Food Manufacturer in Meriden, CT!  

The main function of the Warehouse Clerk is to load and unload trucks along with all required verification and associated documentation, to prepare outgoing shipments and of finished goods and assembly of daily requisitions.

Pay: $17-22/hr based on experience 

Hours: 2:30pm-11pm

The Warehouse Associate responsibilities are: 

• Performs daily shipping and receiving of products.
• Responsible for preparing and acquiring all required shipping and receiving documentation.
• Forklift operation (High-Low, Reach Truck, Stand up & Walkie)
• Transfer delivery packages between buildings
• Inspects inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure compliance with established quality

The Warehouse Associate qualifications are: 

• Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP’s, Food Safety.
• 1-2 years previous warehouse experience.
• Familiar with SQF certification and regulatory compliance audits.
