PROVIDER ENROLLMENT ADMIN ASSISTANT

WESTAFF is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a client in their Provider Enrollment Department.

The primary responsibility of the Provider Enrollment Administrative Assistant will be to process, assess and disseminate to appropriate stakeholders all Provider Enrollment Packets and provider notifications/correspondence received from insurance plans. Another chief duty will include forms mapping of provider enrollment forms in Conga to enable them to pre-fill with provider and practice data from Sales Force encouraging quicker return of these financially impactful documents from the provider for faster processing. Through effective, efficient and timely provider enrollment processing the PE Administration Administrative Assistant directly impacts Company-identified key objective areas: Service, People and Business that are essential to providing excellent medicine for our patients.

Performance Standard

  • Identify prospective clients by:
    • Analyzing current clients’ competitors who would also be in need of company's services;
    • Pursuing new Customer/Clinics 
    • Reviewing trade journals and industry news
    • Asking current clients for referrals within and outside of their organization.
  • Gather competitive information to determine the prospect’s current supplier and establish the sales strategy and approach with this prospect.
  • Identify key contact personnel within the prospective client’s company to plan communication with the appropriate buying authority.
  • Gather competitive information (price, product, service, promotions, special programs, etc.) in order to openly discuss with prospective clients the reasons why they are using a competitor and the benefits of changing their business to company.
  • Build and develop relationships with existing clients and their coworkers in other divisions through different activities such as delivering breakfast, hosting activities and dinners, visiting the office, and providing promotional information.
  • Meet and coordinate with the client to forecast upcoming projects and goals and communicate the ways that company can meet their needs.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction by asking each client for feedback.
  • Review and identify services or products that the current clients are not currently using (i.e. currently using hospitality, but not janitorial services) or are purchased elsewhere and advise client on how company services could benefit their business.
  • Participate in local and national business organizations (i.e. – industry and trade associations) to meet prospective clients, build and maintain relationships with existing clients and obtain industry knowledge.
  • Keep abreast of competitors’ pricing, products, sales force, and services to understand opportunities and threats in the market and communicate market pricing to company's Senior Management Team.
  • Set itineraries and document sales calls or customer visits to ensure contact is made on a regular basis with all prospects and clients to be referenced prior to the next visit.

Coordinate the creation and delivery of proposals, and follow-up with client regarding the acceptance of the proposal, service schedule and start dates.
