Essential Functions -

*Handles wholesale and retail customer orders, customer setup, new item setup, sample requests, queries and other sales department related communications.

*Manages and updates all customer price lists.

*Coordinates and manages customer communications, including product changes, discontinuations, issues.

*Order delivery tracking; recording and helping to solve consumer delivery problems.

*Manages inventory and coordinates fulfillment of all sales and marketing materials to field sales team, including merchandising display units, apparel, etc.

* Primary contact for all consumer inquiries, complaints and comments over phone and email.
