The board of directors of Westaff, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSTF), a leading provider of staffing services, today announced that Dwight Pedersen has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Pedersen also resigned from the board of directors, effective immediately. The board has accepted Pedersen's resignations. W. Robert Stover, Chairman of the board of directors stated, on behalf of the board, "We thank Dwight for his leadership as President and CEO over the last three years, for his faithful service as a board member, and for his many contributions to Westaff.
