WALNUT CREEK, Calif., February 27, 2001 Westaff, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSTF), a leading provider of staffing services essential to business, today announced a signed agreement with Bond International Software, Inc. of Richmond, VA, to license their "Adapt®" software, a feature-rich and highly functional staffing industry field office application.
"Adapt®" will be seamlessly integrated with Westaff's enterprise financial and human resource management system provided by Lawson Software of St. Paul, MN. The development project is a joint undertaking by Westaff, Bond International and Lawson Software. When completed, this project will provide Westaff's field offices with a fully integrated, Web-enabled operations management system.
