New Offices In St. Augustine, Fla., St. Cloud, Minn., Lebanon, N.H., Conway, Ark., and Green Bay, Wis.

Westaff, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSTF), the Essential Support Services Leader, announces the opening of five new franchise offices in St. Augustine, Fla., St. Cloud, Minn., Lebanon, N.H., Conway, Ark., and Green Bay, Wis. Each office will provide clerical and light industrial temporary staffing services and employment opportunities to their communities.

The St. Augustine office, which opened in early January, is located at 3149 North Ponce De Leon, Suite 2. Affiliate Owner Jeanette James will be overseeing the new Westaff office and its staff. James, who was born and raised in St. Augustine, was a Branch Manager for four years at a former Westaff license office in St. Augustine.

"My previous experience working with Westaff prompted me to open my own office here in St. Augustine," James said.

The Lebanon, N.H., office opens at the end of January and will be located at 3 Campbell Street. The office is owned by Dave Mount, president of Westaff's Affiliate Association. Lebanon is the fifth office under Mount's ownership. Mount, who was Westaff's No. 1 owner in FY 2000, also owns Westaff franchises in Albany, N.Y., Burlington, Vt., Plattsburgh, N.Y., and Claremont, N.H.

"The Lebanon market is a very exciting market with Dartmouth College nearby," Mount said. "We're very happy to be there."

Debbie Friedrich, one of Westaff's top producing affiliate owners, is opening her fifth office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The office, which opens in mid-March, will be located at 1270 Main St. Friedrich started her operation seven years ago with a goal of owning 10 offices. She now operates two offices in Milwaukee, as well as offices in Waukesha, Appleton and Green Bay.

"The addition of our Green Bay office is an exciting expansion into the growing Fox Valley Area of Wisconsin, which will complement our dynamic operation in the neighboring community of Appleton," Friedrich said.

Mike Lillemo, who has been with the company for five years, is the new affiliate owner in St. Cloud, which also opens in mid-March. Lillemo has been a trainer for our automation rollout, as well as a branch manager in Minnesota.

Veva and Jeanette Kohler, who own two other Westaff franchise offices, are the affiliate owners in Conway. The Conway office opens in mid-March.
