The annual award is presented to suppliers for overall service quality and excellent staffing performance. The Phoenix branch was rewarded for its dedication to customer satisfaction and its commitment to American Express.
Westaff was rated by American Express in several different categories, including leadership, customer focus and satisfaction, quality and operational results, and management of process quality. Using a grading scale of 1 to 5, with 5 equaling "continually exceeds American Express' expectations," the Phoenix office received 67 of a possible 76 points and was rated no lower than 4 in any category.
